Piper's Pointe is located right off of Immokalee Road and Palm River Blvd right in the hear of north Naples, Florida. It is a condominium neighborhood of 240 units in 22 buildings with a scenic lake located within the center of the community. The complex was built between 1990 and 1992. There is a walking path that goes across the lake and a mature canopy of live oaks and Shady Lady black olive trees that give lots of shade to the community. You will find multiple bike rakes located throughout the community for residents to keep their bikes stored. Every condo has 2 parking spaces - 1 covered and 1 uncovered.
Pipers Pointe is located in the Veteran's Memorial, North Naples Middle and Gulf Coast High School Zones which are "A" rated Collier County Schools. There is a bus stop at the north end of the complex and owners are allowed to have one small dog or cat. In efforts to prohibit transient occupancy, the community has a 90 day minimum numbers of days per lease, with 3 lease maximum per year. In most cases, condos are rented out on an annual basis giving the community more of a full time feel to it.
Piper's Pointe is located about 3.5 miles from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach and the north end of Vanderbilt Beach (Bluebill Access). Resident's can easily bike ride there in about 30 minutes or drive there and be sitting on the sand in about 12 minutes after driving from your parking spot.
