Currently in development, the Verdana Village community is located in Estero, Florida just off of Corkscrew Road only 8.5 miles east of I-75. This master planned gated community will have a completely state of the art onsite amenities center. There will be a fitness center, a cafe/ice cream shop, locker rooms, a restaurant, a resort style swimming pool, yoga lawn and so much more! These amenities are currently in the process of being constructed and should be completed in 2024. The Small Print:

Listing office writes lease. There is a $30 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved. Additionally there is a $50 broker registration fee. This property has a 2 part approval process. The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc. Secondly this property is located in a restricted HOA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the HOA prior to commencement of a lease. It is the tenants sole responsibility to hand in any and all applicable HOA paperwork to the HOA and to give evidence of approval. Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process the HOA paperwork.
